Inspirational Poetry

Welcome to my poetry page! I hope that you will get some inspiration from reading the poems. Each poem was written with someone specifically in mind. I may or may not have given the poem to those who I had in mind when the poems were written. Some are serious and others were just written for fun.

Each poem has a story behind it and I still generally remember the stories. I plan to write these stories, God willing, and also put them on my site one day. I recognize that I am a scientist, not a poet, so the poems may sound like they were written by a scientist. Some of the poems seemed to be inspired and just flow from my mind while I had to ponder over others, so the styles vary greatly. In fact I would call a couple of them “organized reflection.” Hope some are meaningful to you.
